Hiroshi Takashima currently serves as the Head of the Manufacturing industry sales division at Amazon Business since December 2022 and has been involved with Amazon since April 2017, holding various managerial roles focused on business development and territory sales. Prior to Amazon, Hiroshi spent nearly ten years at Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included strategic consulting for the Internet Business Development Division and recruitment consulting in the HR Recruit division. Earlier in their career, Hiroshi worked as a Sales Account Manager at NTT DoCoMo for a short tenure. Hiroshi holds a Bachelor's degree in sports marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2008.
