Ihsane Digua has a diverse background in finance, auditing, and compensation & benefits management. Beginning a career as a Financial Auditor at Ernst & Young, Ihsane progressed to senior roles in companies such as Motorola and Bayer, where responsibilities included financial reporting and internal audit processes. At Dell, Ihsane served as a Compensation & Benefits Manager for multiple regions, developing and implementing compensation policies aligned with company objectives. Subsequent roles at IBM and Boehringer Ingelheim involved leading compensation initiatives across the Middle East and Africa. Most recently, Ihsane worked at Amazon as a Senior Benefit Consultant, focusing on benefit experiences and technology in the MEA region. Academic qualifications include a BBA in Business Administration from Al Akhawayn University.
