Isaac Thompson

Isaac Thompson is a Sr. Research Scientist at Amazon since November 2022, focusing on integrating AI into hiring practices. Prior experience includes serving as Director and Principal Data Scientist at Modern Hire from July 2017 to November 2022, and as a Data Scientist at Red Hat from January 2015 to July 2017, where organizational research was led in the people function.
