Jamie Angell

Jamie Angell has extensive experience in security engineering and software development, holding several key leadership roles at Amazon from August 2010 to August 2025, including Director of AI & AGI Security and Director of Security Engineering. Additionally, Jamie served as GM of AWS Glue Elastic Views, overseeing product management and technical program management. Prior to Amazon, Jamie worked as a Technology Solutions Consultant at Watson Wyatt Worldwide from June 1995 to February 2007. Jamie holds a degree from the University of Washington, obtained between January 1992 and January 1997.
