Jana Ertl, MBA, is a business-oriented manager with 25 years of work experience, including 17 years in the shared service and outsourcing industry. Jana has held various leadership roles, such as Senior Operations Manager for EMEA at Symbol Technologies, and has managed international transition projects at Infosys BPO. In recent years, Jana served as HR Service Manager at both MANN+HUMMEL and PPG Industries, before currently leading HR Services for the EMEA region at Amazon. Jana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Services from Masaryk University, as well as an MSc in Business Management and an MBA from The Nottingham Trent University.
