Jen Francis

Jen Francis (Ledesma) has a diverse background in human resources and event management, with over a decade of experience across various industries. Starting as a Banquet and Events Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Jen progressed to roles such as Executive Admin for Corporate Events at Seagate Technology and Marketing Coordinator for Special Events at Stanford University. In the retail sector, Jen served as a Sr. Team Leader and later HR Executive Team Leader at Target, where notable achievements included improving employee engagement and promoting talent. Jen's extensive experience at Amazon encompassed multiple HR roles, including PXT Business Partner for logistics sites and a consultant for the launch of new operations.
