Jim Cobourne

Jim Cobourne is an experienced logistics and operations leader with a strong background in managing large-scale change projects and optimizing performance across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Amazon Logistics WW, Amazon Logistics EU, and other roles within Amazon Logistics since 2015, Jim plays a pivotal role in leading technology and optimization initiatives. Previous experience includes senior positions at iForce Limited, Andrew Page Ltd, DHL Express (UK) Limited, Yodel, and Royal Mail, where Jim was responsible for significant improvements in operational efficiency and business integration. Jim holds an MBA in Change Management from De Montfort University and a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
