Jimmy Serrano

Jimmy Serrano is an accomplished professional with a solid background in talent acquisition and operations. Currently serving as the Global Director of Amazon University Talent Acquisition, Jimmy previously held the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and was Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Worldwide Stores HR at Amazon. With earlier experience as an Operations Specialist at Cedars-Sinai and a Supply Chain Analyst at Johnson & Johnson, Jimmy has demonstrated versatility across various roles in different companies. Educationally, Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida and completed the Executive Program in Leadership and Management at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
