Justin Mark DeCruze

Justin Mark DeCruze is an accomplished supply chain and customer service professional with a proven track record in optimizing operations across various roles. They served as a Supervisor on the Order Management Team at Souq.com from 2012 to 2017, ensuring excellent customer service while managing team operations. Prior to that, Justin gained valuable logistics experience in the US Army, where they supervised operations for the 840th Transportation Battalion. Currently, at Amazon since 2017, Justin holds the position of Manager for ES Operations & Investigations, where they are responsible for key processes in order management and team development. Justin holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Presley University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Lahore.
