Kelly Zitek is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in developing and managing compensation programs. Zitek began a career in compensation as a Compensation Analyst at The Bon Marche/Macy's from 1986 to 2000, followed by a role at Macy's until 2000. Zitek then served as Compensation Manager at Group Health Cooperative from 2000 to 2008, before joining Amazon in 2008 as a Senior Compensation Consultant. Zitek continued to advance within Amazon, holding positions including Sr Manager, Global Compensation Programs, Science & Analytics, and is currently the Director of Global Compensation Programs, Science & Analytics since April 2022. Zitek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from City University of Seattle.
