Kenneth Chang

Kenneth Chang has over two decades of experience in the technology and eCommerce sectors, currently serving as Managing Director for Expansions and Amazon Global at Amazon since October 2016, where leadership encompasses the Global Cross Border eCommerce business. Previous roles include significant positions at Microsoft from November 2005 to March 2016, where Kenneth held titles such as General Manager and Head of Advertising and Online for Southeast Asia, Korea, and India, as well as Director of Strategic Alliances for the APAC region. Kenneth has also contributed to various organizations in advisory roles and has held strategic positions at Wells Fargo and ehow. An alumnus of The George Washington University, Kenneth holds a BBA in International Business with a focus on Japanese and has additional training from the Visa Bankcard Management School.
