Kiara Yang has a diverse professional background spanning various roles in marketing, finance, and program management. Early experience includes a Marketing Intern position at the State of Louisiana Asia Trade Office, leading a team for the “Taiwan Travel Fair,” and market research roles at Havas Worldwide Taiwan Limited and Citi Taiwan Limited. Kiara transitioned to a Financial Consultant role at TD Ameritrade, exceeding revenue objectives, and later served as a Registered Private Wealth Management Associate at Morgan Stanley, where significant operational cost savings were achieved. As a Project Manager at Taiwan Trade Center Los Angeles, Kiara improved resource allocation efficiency for major events. Subsequent positions at Uber included leadership in customer experience enhancements and driver acquisition strategies. Currently, Kiara is a Senior Program Manager at Amazon and an MBA candidate at UCLA Anderson School of Management, actively involved in leadership roles within various student organizations.
