Krys Walsh-Allen

Krys Walsh-Allen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience at Amazon since April 2005, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) and WW Customer Service. Krys is responsible for initiatives that build products and services aimed at enhancing customer experience across all Amazon businesses. Previously, Krys held roles including Director & Head of CXBT and Technical Advisor to the CEO of Amazon Web Services (AWS). Krys also led the establishment of AWS's Global Supply Chain and Vendor Management organization and oversaw North America Operations. Prior to Amazon, Krys held managerial positions at Velocity Express, Transfreight, and Gordon Food Service. Krys holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University.
