Latanya Gaines

Latanya Gaines possesses extensive experience in the field of workers' compensation, beginning with a role as a Medical Specialist at Travelers from June 1996 to October 1998, and later serving as a Workers Compensation Team Leader at Sedgwick from October 2000 to April 2017. During this time, Latanya managed a team of Workers Compensation Examiners and handled large loss claims in multiple jurisdictions as a Senior Claims Examiner. Latanya further developed expertise at Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. as a Senior Claims Representative, managing claims from onset to resolution. Currently serving as Risk Manager II at Amazon since April 2017, Latanya previously held an Auditor position with the company from January 2022 to May 2022.
