Libby Massey

Libby Massey has extensive experience in client success management, having worked at One Medical from November 2021 to July 2023 in various roles including Senior Manager and Manager of Client Success, where responsibilities included analyzing data, managing partnerships with small to large clients, and overseeing innovative health program implementations. Additionally, Libby served as a Client Services Account Manager and Coordinator, focusing on relationship management and operational efficiency. Prior to One Medical, Libby served as a University 101 Senior Peer Leader at the University of South Carolina, advising and training student leaders while facilitating courses for new students. Currently, Libby is a Manager of Client Success at Amazon One Medical. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and a high school diploma from Lincoln East High School.
