Lyubo Modev is currently the Lead Regional Counsel Compliance at Amazon, where they lead the design and implementation of the Business Conduct & Ethics program across all EMEA businesses. Previously, Lyubo held various roles at Ingram Micro from 2017 to 2018, culminating as Director, Compliance Officer EMEA, where they oversaw a comprehensive legal compliance program across 30+ countries. Lyubo also served as Legal & Compliance Manager at Achmea from 2008 to 2014, establishing and leading a legal department that significantly improved litigation success. They earned a Master's in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
