Matthew Hammer is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance operations. They began their career as an Aircraft Mechanic and Avionics Technician at Atlantic Southeast Airlines, subsequently holding several managerial positions at ExpressJet Airlines and American Airlines, including Supervisor of Line Maintenance and MOC Assistant Manager. Currently, they serve as the Head of Aircraft Maintenance Operations at Amazon, where they leverage their expertise in planning and management. Matthew possesses a Master's in Aviation Management from Griffith University and an Undergraduate degree in Aviation Management from Georgian College, complemented by a background in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
