Melinda Cekala

Melinda Cekala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce management and program development. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager and Talent Supply Chain Market Leader for Amazon's Contingent Workforce Program since January 2019, Melinda has demonstrated leadership and innovation in talent supply chain strategies. Prior to Amazon, Melinda held several key roles at Staffmark from July 2005 to January 2019, including Director of VMS Solutions and Director of Training for the Northeast Division. Melinda's career began at Adecco as Office Supervisor from July 2003 to June 2005. Academically, Melinda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts/Theater from Rider University, earned in 2003. Melinda is also certified as a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP).
