Melissa Adams

Melissa Adams serves as the Head of Global Supplier Development and Impact at Amazon, leading the Global Supplier Diversity and Economic Inclusion strategy for the World Wide Grocery division since July 2024. Prior experience includes a role at UPS as the Global Supplier Diversity lead, where the focus was on developing a comprehensive supplier diversity framework from January 2019 to July 2024. Additional positions include Business Executive at UPS, Program Director at GuideWell, and leadership in charitable giving at Winn-Dixie. Melissa also worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida in digital engagement.
