Melony Menard, MBA, PRINCE2, currently serves as Ops Manager and RSR Launch Leader at Amazon, where responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders and executing operational activities to maintain high quality standards. Additionally, Melony has held various leadership roles at Amazon, including Learning and Development Manager, where strategies were developed to enhance employee skills, and Global Talent Management Manager, resulting in significant growth of the Amazon Mentoring Program. Melony serves as President of Women at Amazon, focusing on increasing gender diversity within the organization, and has experience in the banking and hospitality sectors. Melony is currently pursuing a Doctor of Executive Leadership in Business Administration and Management at the University of Phoenix, having previously earned an MBA in the same field and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
