Michael Moskowitz

Michael Moskowitz is currently a Corporate Counsel at Amazon, where they focus on legal matters related to corporate governance. Previously, they served as Director and Assistant General Counsel for Governance & Securities at Capital One and Counsel for Compliance and Securities at Activision Blizzard. Michael began their legal career with internships at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Activision Blizzard. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Psychology from UCLA.
