Nick Komorous

Nick Komorous has extensive experience in corporate development and investment management, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Amazon since August 2010, where previous roles included Director, Senior Manager, and Manager in the same department. Prior to Amazon, Nick held positions as a Graduate Student at Harvard Business School from August 2008 to June 2010, and as an Investment Associate at Silver Lake from July 2006 to July 2008, managing a $9.3 billion fund focused on large-scale technology investments. Earlier in his career, Nick worked as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from July 2004 to July 2006, providing advisory services to natural resources and industrial companies. Nick holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Finance from Princeton University.
