Nicky Dilsworth-Floyd is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in IT and marketing procurement. Throughout a career that began in 2006 at Sears Holdings Corporation as Director of IT & Marketing Procurement, Nicky has successfully managed significant spend portfolios, implemented strategic sourcing initiatives, and achieved substantial cost savings across various organizations.
