Nilay Bhowmik

Nilay Bhowmik is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within Amazon and ITC Limited. Currently, Nilay serves as the Head of HR for Prime Video International & MGM+ and the Global Head of HR for Amazon Games, overseeing multiple HR functions and leading a team to support a vast workforce across several regions. Prior to joining Amazon, Nilay held various HR managerial positions at ITC Limited, including General Manager HR and Regional HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development for a significant business segment. Nilay holds a degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur.
