Oindrila Das is an MBA graduate in strategy and marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur, with a background in program management and expertise in leading change and risk management across various product life cycles. They have held roles in diverse organizations, including positions as Talent Manager at Feeding India and as a Management Intern at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, where they focused on employee motivation and performance metrics. Currently, as a Program Manager at Amazon, Oindrila manages critical projects in Payment Risk Operations, emphasizing compliance and operational excellence. Oindrila also pursued an undergraduate degree in Economics from Jadavpur University and is currently studying International Business at The Future Foundation School.
