Pavla Podlucká possesses extensive experience in learning management and employee engagement within multinational companies, particularly Amazon, where responsibilities included transforming learning strategies, managing global initiatives, and overseeing talent development programs for EMEA regions. With a strong background in language education, Pavla served as Academic Director at Glossa School of Languages, leading language development projects and managing a team of over 200 teachers.
