Philip Titchmarsh

Philip Titchmarsh is the Principal UK Labour & Employment Counsel at Amazon, where they have been instrumental since 2021. Prior to this role, Philip served as the Senior Legal Director and Head of Employment & Regulatory Law at Asda from 2011 to 2019. Philip began their legal career at Pinsent Masons, advancing from Trainee Solicitor to Partner in Employment Law between 2007 and 2011. They hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hull and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Distinction from The College of Law. Additionally, Philip completed a Retail Masters Programme in 2021 and became an Accredited Mediator that same year.
