Poonam Joon

Poonam Joon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in language expertise and process leadership. Currently serving as a TSS Senior Reviewer at Amazon since January 2024, Poonam previously held the position of Process Lead at Bosch Global Software Technologies from January 2023 to January 2024. Prior experience includes working as an Accounts Payable expert at Bayer, focusing on the Portuguese language from September 2021 to January 2023. Poonam's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Portuguese Language and Literature from Goa University, complemented by an Intensive Advance Diploma in Portuguese from Delhi University, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry from Govt.
