Prafull Nikam

Prafull Nikam is a skilled technical professional with extensive experience in product support and robotics technical support. Currently employed at Amazon as an Amazon Robotics Technical Support team member since February 2024, Prafull handles high-severity issues, diagnoses and troubleshoots robotics systems, and leads calls during critical events to resolve issues efficiently.
