Prasenjeet Das has a strong background in product management and consulting, with extensive experience at Amazon from March 2017 to August 2024 as a Senior Technical Product Manager, where responsibilities included leading AI-driven Knowledge Management innovations for the Customer Service Knowledge Team and defining large-scale products for Amazon Pay.
