Ratan Rao

Ratan Rao is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Prime, Ratan has held multiple senior roles at Amazon, including Senior Marketing Manager for Amazon Fresh & Beauty and Senior Brand Manager for Amazon Pay. Prior experience includes significant positions at Mondelēz International, where Ratan managed brands such as Bournvita and Tang, and led product innovations for the First Taste portfolio. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing sizable teams and driving substantial business growth in the Gujarat region, as well as foundational marketing roles at IIM Calcutta’s Experiential Marketing Association and internships with UNICOM Seminars and Indian Oil Corporation Limited. Ratan holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BE in Chemical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
