Rayane Issa

Rayane Issa has diverse experience across multiple roles, starting as an Operations Intern at ATB Financial and serving as a Student Union Representative at the University of Calgary while improving mental health initiatives for over 7,000 students. Rayane has held various positions, including Community Standards Training Assistant, Research Assistant, and Public Relations Intern at SCIP, while also founding Rayane’s Tutoring Services, which employed three individuals and served 45 clients. Subsequent roles included Human Resources Assistant at Kidco Construction Ltd and Election Clerk for the Government of Canada. Currently, Rayane contributes to Amazon in multiple managerial capacities, focusing on learning and development, change management, and human resources. Rayane holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary and is pursuing an MBA at Simon Fraser University.
