Richard Cashatt

Richard "Bud" Cashatt has an extensive background in retail and product management, primarily within Nordstrom and Amazon. At Nordstrom, Richard achieved significant milestones, including driving a +22% comp sales increase as Rail Department Manager and leading the Rail department to become the number 2 volume department in the company. Richard held various roles, including Process Specialist and Merchandise Information Manager, where responsibilities encompassed demand and inventory planning, multi-channel strategies, and training development. At Amazon, Richard served as Principal Product Management - Technical and Senior Manager of Product Management and Technology, supporting over 3,500 Operations and Corporate sites to enhance employee experiences. Richard also contributed as a Business Process Engineer, implementing initiatives that resulted in substantial sales growth and improved operational efficiencies. Richard holds an Associate of Arts from Bellevue Community College and is pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems and Services at the University of Washington.
