Rocco Palma is an experienced operations and customer service manager with a diverse background in logistics and technology. Starting as a Sales Supervisor at Micro Center from March 2003 to November 2008, Rocco managed a team while selling computer-related products. Subsequent roles included managing customer service teams at XPO Logistics, Inc. and Pacer International, Inc., focusing on drayage operations and data integrity. Rocco held positions as Sr. Manager Rail Operations at APL and Manager Engineering and Telematics at FlexiVan, overseeing operational systems and team performance. Currently, Rocco serves as Operations Manager at Amazon since August 2025. Rocco earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
