Romina Frascarelli

Romina Frascarelli, MSHRM, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Amazon, having previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at the same company since July 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Manager at UPS, where responsibilities encompassed succession management and talent planning strategy implementation.
