Sally Smith

Sally Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy, operations, and engineering. Currently serving as Director of AWS Global Services Strategy & Operations and previously in several director-level roles at Amazon, Sally has a comprehensive understanding of customer support and wellness services. Earlier career experiences at Boeing included roles such as Program Manager and Sr. Manager in airplane development and quality engineering, along with managing supplier operations. Additional roles at Amgen, Raytheon Missile Systems, and Washington University in St. Louis demonstrate versatility in research and engineering. Sally holds an MBA and MS in Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Arizona.
