Serdar Çepniler

Serdar Çepniler is currently the General Manager of Consumables and Media categories at Amazon Türkiye, where they oversee the Supply Chain and Instock Management function for the entire Retail business. As a founding team member of Amazon Türkiye, Serdar has led various teams to tackle complex business challenges, significantly impacting both top-line and bottom-line results. They previously held multiple roles at Amazon, including Department Head of Supply Chain and Instock Management, and have consulting experience from Oliver Wyman and the Boston Consulting Group. Serdar holds a Bachelor's degree from Boğaziçi University and an MBA from INSEAD.
