Shalini Raina, CSCP, MBA, is a Senior Product Manager at Amazon Devices, bringing over ten years of global supply chain expertise, particularly in demand and inventory planning. With a strong focus on continuous process improvement, Shalini has contributed to projects across more than thirty countries, significantly enhancing forecast accuracy through new tools and methodologies. Before joining Amazon, Shalini held various roles, including Senior Demand Planner at La-Z-Boy and Global Strategic Supply Planner at Schneider Electric, where they achieved notable improvements in forecasting and inventory management. Shalini obtained an MBA from Hult International Business School, where they served as President of the Operations Club.
