Shambhavi Krishna

Shambhavi Krishna is currently an Applied Scientist at Amazon, focusing on reducing payment risk fraud and developing LLM-based agents within the Alexa AGI team. They achieved a significant 87% efficiency improvement and a 10% increase in task success rates through their novel method, PAFFA. Previously, Shambhavi worked as a Machine Learning Research Engineer at the Centre for Digital Financial Inclusion, where they built AutoML platforms and utilized NLP to enhance public works funding decisions. Shambhavi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology.
