Shang Shang

Shang Shang is a Senior Manager of Applied Science at Amazon with a robust background in machine learning across various domains, including ads relevance and large-scale recommender systems. Previously, Shang led the Growth Relevance organization at Twitter, overseeing multi-stage deep learning recommendation systems that significantly contributed to user growth. Shang has held multiple roles at Amazon, progressing from Research Scientist Intern to Senior Applied Scientist and then to a managerial position where they led teams of scientists and engineers. Shang is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Sciences and Systems at Princeton University, alongside studies in Informatics and Medical Image Registration.
