Shantanu Pawar is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in demand forecasting, optimization, and sourcing. At Cummins Inc., Shantanu developed an automated demand forecasting platform as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst and optimized global supply chains in various roles, achieving significant cost reductions. Shantanu's analytical skills were further honed as a Fellow at The Data Incubator, where data analysis on large datasets was conducted. Previous experience includes logistics operations at Spear Logistics Private Limited and several roles at Amazon, including Senior Supply Chain Manager. Shantanu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering Aurangabad and a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
