Shirley (Xiaoqi) Shi is an accomplished engineering leader with a solid background in software development and program management. They have held various positions at Amazon, including Software Development Manager and Technical Program Manager, contributing to significant projects from 2017 to the present. Previously, Shirley worked as a Research Scientist at Chemical Computing Group and held senior technical roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Chalmers University of Technology. Shirley has also contributed to the advancement of women's health as the Head of Engineering at Ro.
