Stacey Huntington

Stacey Huntington serves as a Senior Organizational Design Specialist at Amazon starting in October 2024 and holds a position as a Board Member at Reading In Motion since March 2024. Previously, Stacey was the Assistant Vice President of People Analytics at Revantage, A Blackstone Portfolio Company, where expertise in people analytics led to the establishment of a people analytics hub and the design of an engagement survey to enhance employee well-being from September 2022 to February 2024. Prior roles include Senior Manager of HR Talent Analytics at Beam Suntory and 2nd Vice President, Consultant of HR Analytics, Strategy and Planning at Northern Trust Corporation, both emphasizing project management and strategic skills. Stacey obtained a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Northwestern University, where study spanned from January 2009 to January 2015, and completed a certificate in Management for Scientists and Engineers at the Kellogg School of Management in January 2013.
