Steven Battle has extensive experience in the engineering and maintenance sectors, beginning as Charge Hand Electrician at BAE Systems from 2007 to 2010, contributing to the construction of the Astute class submarine. From March 2005 to April 2007, Steven served as an ETO on the Super Sea Cat 2 ferry. Following this, Steven worked as Wind Turbine Tech at Vestas from April 2010 to April 2011, then progressed to Electrical Project Manager at Seaking Electrical Ltd from April 2011 to April 2013, overseeing projects up to £750,000. Steven transitioned to the Liebherr Group as HV Electrician from April 2013 to September 2015, focusing on mining truck build and maintenance, before taking on the role of Team Leader at Vanderlande from December 2015 to May 2017. Most recently, Steven held various roles including Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineer, RME Area Manager, and temporary RME Manager at Amazon from June 2017 to June 2023.
