Susan Barner is an experienced talent management professional with a strong background in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Management for Stores Core Businesses at Amazon since March 2024, Barner previously held various key roles at Amazon, including Head of Talent Management for Selling Partner Services. Prior experience includes significant positions at The Hershey Company, where Barner led initiatives in talent planning and performance management, and at Eli Lilly, where Barner managed leadership and talent development programs. Barner holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from PennWest Edinboro.
