Taeuk Jang

Taeuk Jang is an applied scientist at Amazon, specializing in responsible AI with a focus on algorithmic fairness, deep learning, and large language models. Taeuk earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University, where they also served as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Prior to Amazon, Taeuk gained experience as a research intern at various organizations, including C design lab and TeeLabs. Taeuk also served as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army, receiving a Lieutenant General Citation for first-aid treatment.
