Tom D'Agostino is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in logistics and team leadership. Currently serving as a Manager at Amazon since January 2022, Tom leads a team at an automated robotic fulfillment center, focusing on safety, quality, performance, and customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions. Prior to Amazon, Tom held the position of Director of Distribution at SpartanNash, overseeing operations for numerous grocery retail locations. Tom's experience also includes serving as Plant Manager at CHEP, where operational efficiency and sustainability were prioritized. Earlier career roles at Sysco involved progressively responsible positions, including General Manager and various director roles, managing multiple operational and transportation teams across a large food redistribution center.
