Tom O'Brien

Tom O'Brien is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and management roles. Currently serving as the Ground Systems Integration and Test Manager at Amazon's Kuiper division, Tom leads a team focused on the integration and verification of drone systems. Previously, Tom held pivotal roles at Kymeta Corporation and Boeing, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-million dollar engineering teams, developing verification strategies, and managing complex product development initiatives across various aerospace projects. Educational credentials include a Technical Management MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington.
