Tomasz Orszak

Tomasz Orszak is currently the Head of HR Operations in Poland and serves as a Board Member. With extensive experience in HR, they have previously held roles at Amazon as Senior HR Manager and HR Business Partner, where they developed employment policies and managed HR teams. Prior to this, Tomasz worked as an HR Manager and Specialist at FM Logistic, where they coordinated HR activities and conducted recruitment processes. They hold a Master's degree in International Relations from Uniwersytet Wrocławski and have completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management and Health and Work Safety.
