Torrey Becote is an accomplished HR Leader with extensive experience in building winning teams and providing expertise across various functional areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. They served as the Human Resources Leader for A.P. Moller - Maersk from 2016 to 2021, and held HR leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies and Tesla before becoming the Senior Human Resources Manager at Amazon in 2021. Torrey is also a GE Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certified professional and has previously managed union relations at GE.
